EX: The article cites Maria Nikolajeva, a professor of at Cambridge, as saying that Bella does not "in any way promote independent thinking or personal development" in women, instead portraying a woman "meek and willing to do anything for her vampire boyfriend" (POV).
According to the speaker classism is defined as being "predjudice against an individual or a group" based on race or because to the lack of benefits.
Due to unemployment we suffer in america its an "uneniable factor" to find jobs. Its a big problem because without jobs in america more citizens become apart of the poor class.
This article argues that jobs in america "will lift someone out of  poverty" because its capable of moving that person up the economic ladder.
It sites that "class determines unemployment" which means that its based on lookism and opportunities.
Even though the poor class has many disadvantages they still need help to get "job opportunities" because they are unable to help themselves.

The author truly believes that jobs in america will help citizens overcome classism. As for the working class they need support on getting jobs because they cannot support themselves. There for like any other author classism is still defined as being predjudice to others.

No the author does not site anything it is informative and yes also has some personal opinions.
