FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded):
EX: The article cites Maria Nikolajeva, a professor of at Cambridge, as saying that Bella does not "in any way promote independent thinking or personal development" in women, instead portraying a woman "meek and willing to do anything for her vampire boyfriend" (POV).
In this article it cites that classism is "treatment on social class and percieved social class" which determines the way we the people treat others. |
Classism is also filled with a lot of negativity and it is "systematic oppression of subordinated class groups". Its an advantage to strengten class groups.
The speaker of this article explains that classism is an "assignment of characteristics or worthand ability based on social class".
According to the speaker the main thing that is important about classism is that it is a "system of beliefs and attitudes that rank people on an economic status". For example such as job status, level of education and other divisions.
It is most said that if an individual is from an upper class they are most likely to be a "class ally" which means that there personalities and behaviors are anticlassist that can eliminate classism by there understanding of classism.
